- Your dried jujubes can be refrigerated (recommended) or kept in a cool, dark place in their plastic food-grade bag.
- Jujubes can stay fresh for years, although they don't usually hang around that long! We recommend consuming your jujubes within a year of purchase.
Fresh Jujube
- You can find out fresh jujubes during March and April each year.
- Your local fruit grocer may source our high quality fresh jujubes.
- If not, ask them to source them from the central markets in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
