Shipping policy

We will ship your order within 2 business days of receiving your fully paid order. Orders can only be shipped within Australia.

Orders include Free Shipping as Standard with Australia Post using Regular Parcel delivery. If Express Post delivery is requested, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies.

If you require your order quickly (e.g. you are leaving for overseas and require the jujubes quickly), we recommend using the Express Post service.

Note that shipping times are determined by Australia Post and are outside of control of Jujube Australia. If a parcel is delayed it is recommended that you contact Australia Post in the first instance to check on the delivery status of the parcel.
